Is Social Media ROI Measurable?

Social Media Success: One question I always often hear from perspective clients is “how successful have you been with prior social media campaigns?” To me, it’s such an odd question because the “success” of a campaign never, ever rarely has a trackable impact on your overall business. In that regard it seems counter intuitive because you only want to spend money on marketing campaigns that will measurably drive up conversions (however you measure them). So why spend the money on a social media campaign? Good question. Now here’s one for you: Why shake someone’s hand? Seriously? What’s the purpose?
